Comment:

 Partially fixed with trunk stream submission
 https://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/changeset/3708.

 Temporary files of the form '{mgsessionid}' will no longer get left behind
 as part of HTTP !SetResource, !SetResourceData, !UpdateRepository,
 !CreateRepository, and !ApplyResourcePackage requests.
