 Hi, it looks like the FDO compilation didn't succeed, or it didn't
 install.  I suggest that instead of using that PDF, you try first with the
 quick start guide available from the trac site:
 http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/.  Click on the "Quick Start Compilation
 Guides" and go from there.

 Do you think that we should get rid of that PDF?
