Comment:

 Okay further testing shows that even though Apache is shown as selected
 when MGWEB_CONFIG = "IIS" it doesn't get installed (???) meaning the
 SelectionTree was simply working with stale information. Nevertheless,
 without a way to refresh the SelectionTree this is still an annoying
 problem!
