Comment:

 There is a flaw in the VS 2008 bootstrapper that interferes with the
 current self-extracting executable
 (http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2009/02/20/9436778.aspx).
 Basically the self-extracting exe will delete the MGOS msi as setup.exe
 returns and tries to launch that msi.
