 I also observed that when I do a SaveAs with a new name for an edited
 Layout the tree does not get updated! I had to press Refresh Button to see
 the new object in the tree.
 This is very confusing as I created a number of layouts with the same name
 before I noticed this bug.
 This was with Samples Library
