Comment:

 I consider this a bug in the Web Tier tests (and have submitted a ticket).
 They should not be referencing files directly from the individual viewer
 folders, and the server helper script with hard-coded admin password
 should definitely not be in there.  If users really need access to these
 (incredible insecure) tests under .Net, they can create the vdir
 themselves.
