#1143: Maestro: When cancelling resource update, a Paste does not refresh the tree

 I follow these steps:

  - Right click on a layer and Copy
  - Right click on folder and Paste
  - Say No to "should I update resources" prompt

 The new resource does not automatically appear in the tree; I have to
 manually refresh the tree for the copied resource to show up.
