 When adding layers to a MapDefinition, it would be useful if Maestro could
 pre-fill the Legend Label field with the same value as the Name field.
 This would allow the author to modify it if it is inappropriate, but would
 reduce the amount of initial authoring work if the default name is
 appropriate.
