 Attach patch
 https://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/attachment/ticket/1083/RollbackWebTierTest.patch.

 Previously because MapAgent was changed, the unit test data of web tier
 was updated also. Now as MapAgent remains unchanged, the test data should
 be rollback to previous.
