 The list of coordinate systems in a .FeatureSource may be extensive (esp
 on poorly configured ArcSDE connections).  Applying a CS override on
 individual elements is time consuming and error prone.

 Suggested submission is to select-all on the existing "Expand" button and
 change functionality to apply the defined override to all selected CSs
