#1553: Ctrl+Click at first when "selecting polygon" shows error message in Safari

 When selecting polygon (Select more -> Select polygon in context menu), if
 Ctrl+Click immediately (without any other point), there will be a warning
 message in Safari / Chrome.

 Actually this is because of two reasons:
     1. When there is no point defined, there should be no query instead of
 query with error parameter.
     2. Non-Chrome browser should also show message when returning status
 is not 200.
