 Steps:
 1. Open one BWL by IE9 beta or IE8.
 2. Right-click -> Select More -> Select radius -> Draw Circle

 Results:
 Circle was not drawn but objects selected.

 Expected results:
 It should work as other browsers.

 Note1:
 Select polygon doesn't work either.

 Note2:
 We are using wz_jsgraphics.js to draw circle and polygon.
