#1561: Flyout menus do not expand in vertical space if one or more items have
label text spanning more than one line

 Create a web layout with a toolbar flyout menu containing at least one
 command whose label text spans more than one line.

 Put several other commands under this command. When you look at this
 flyout menu, the menu will most likely cut the last command item in half
 because it does not expand in vertical space that was taken up by the
 command with the really long label text.
