 The MText stack code \S can be used to draw a fraction.  I found some bugs
 with the implementation:
  * In the case where the numerator is wider than the denominator the code
 is drawing the denominator underlined.
  * Underline and overline settings that are enabled before the stack code
 are not handled properly: text within the stack as well as text following
 the stack is not correctly underlined / overlined.
