 Correct.  If I try to create a layer using this data connection (ie.
 'feature resource'), I get the same error that I have reported -[[BR]]
  'The remote server returned an error: (559)
 MgConnectionFailedException?.: Problem:\nCannot establish connection to
 the MapGuide Server ...'
