Comment:

 The complete fix was submitted and produced version 4615 (took me three
 tries to get it right, my apologies).  This final fix required the
 complete rewriting of the ClipStringToPOlgon method in the
 SpatialUtilities object.

 This method was originally devised for use by the MGRS grid facility (RFC
 76) and this change modified the calling sequence.  It does not appear
 that anything else in MapGuide referenced this function.
