 Currently, we always build/install !MapGuide to
 /usr/local/mapguideopensource on Linux with .so.7.0.0 as shared library
 names.  To support side by side installation and provide better
 transparency into the actual build of !MapGuide, the installation
 directory will be changed to /usr/local/mapguideopensource-2.2.0 and the
 shared libraries will end in -2.2.0.so.

 As future work, the 64 bit Linux build may be installed to
 /usr/local/mapguideopensource-2.2.0-x64.
