 The !MapGuide Open Source 2.1 Windows install includes LDAP support for
 the bundled Apache web server.  On Linux, we do not compile the LDAP
 modules.  In addition, the build_apt.sh script is out of date for
 !MapGuide 2.1.  It does not even set up the  mentor dictionary path
 correctly.
