 The current Maestro build configuration is AnyCPU. On an x64 system AnyCPU
 will target x64 and as a result this makes MapGuideDotNetApi.dll unusable
 because it is a 32-bit wrapper around 32-bit unmanaged binaries.

 The fix is to explicitly target x86 as the CPU for all Maestro project
 files.
