 In MapGuide 2.2, m_filter has been added to
 MapGuide/Common/MapGuideCommon/MapLayer/Layer.cpp. Serialize/Deserialize
 in MaestroAPI.RuntimeClasses.RuntimeMapLayer does not work anymore after
 this change.[[BR]]

 RuntimeMapLayer has to serialize/deserialize the filter attribute.
