 Do a QuickPlot in Google Chrome, put your mouse over where you would
 expect the rotate grip to be, or its immediate surrounding region. The
 cursor does not turn to a rotate cursor, and dragging does the normal pan
 of the underlying map instead of rotating the preview box.

 Using Chrome 7.0
