 On Windows 7 (64Bit) MapGuideServer2.1 and also MapGuideServer2.2 service
 doesn't start automatically after reboot in spite of starttype setting in
 service manager which is set to 'automatic'.

 The issue is reproduceable on different computers! Windows Server 2008 is
 OK!
