 Gaia cann't consume MapGuide published WFS features, because the type of
 GetFeature request which Gaia send out is post.[[BR]]

 I extended the MapGuide HttpHandler to enhanced GetFeature response
 handler and make sure MapGuide could handle WFS GetFeature request with
 post type.
