 When saving edits from the XML editor, it calls the Bind() method of of
 parent resource editor to re-initialize itself with the latest XML
 content.

 Unfortunately, most implementations of Bind() currently assume they will
 be called only once. These implementations need to be modified to allow
 being called multiple times.
