 Hi,

 I cannot drag a group to the be the bottom group!
 See image.

 If I drag just below the bottom group the group goes into that group.
 If I drag a long-way below, into ungrouped layers (that are actually at
 the top of the layer priority but display below the groups) then the group
 does not move.
