 The implementation of RFC 94 unintentionally omitted serialization
 interfaces for the two new dictionary items introduced:
 !GeodeticTransformationDef and !GeodeticPath.  These additional interface
 elements were not needed (and therefore the lack of them not noticed)
 until recently.  These interfaces need to be added.
