 If a layer has been configured with no

           <LineSymbolization2D>

 Then clicking to edit the feature style throws an exception.

 It is simple to recreate -
  * edit a liner layer definition
  * edit the linear feature style
  * uncheck the top box for "Apply Line Style"
  * Save layer definition
  * Try and re-edit the feature style

 It is OK to have no linear-style, for example when rendering a line only
 with a label style.

 Workaround is to use XML editor.
