 The PHP isapi handler does not have the "Invoke request if mapped to a
 file" option set in IIS7

 This means that what would normally be a 404 error is muffled by PHP to
 become a useless "no input file specified" error. It's not a show-stopping
 problem, but it is an annoying one.
