 The runtime map state is serialized as a blob in the session repository.

 Maestro's implementation of the runtime map can understand this blob
 content, so what would be really useful is a viewer that asks for a given
 session ID and the map name, or a session resource ID to the .Map
 resource.

 From there we can fetch the blob with GETRESOURCECONTENT and load it into
 a local Maestro runtime map where it can then be displayed for inspection.
