 The ProfilingAPI_GUI_Part6.patch is mainly fixed some UI defects:[[BR]]
 1. When session is timeout, the whole performance report page should
 redirect to the login page, not part of the page [[BR]]
 2. Some map needs a long time to execute the profiling map API, so we need
 to set the time limit longer for 15 minutes [[BR]]
 3. The column headers of the layers info table should be correct when the
 content is longer than the column width [[BR]]
 4. In IE9 quirks mode, the background div is display in the top, not cover
 the whole page, so change the position mode as "absolute"[[BR]]
