 There is inconsistent naming with regards to resource id properties.

 Some classes/interfaces use ResourceID
 Some classes/interfaces use ResourceId

 We will use ResourceId for all such properties.

 To prevent accidental breakage, we will leave the existing properties in,
 but flag them with the ObsoleteAttribute, giving users a one-release
 window to migrate their code.

 The inconsistent properties will be removed in the next post-4.0 release.
