 With the discovery that the GETLEGENDIMAGE operation actually supports
 custom sizes and image formats. It has become clear that this is a more
 useful way to generate style previews than the current method.

 As such, the style preview should utilise this API instead of attempting
 to replicate the style client-side via System.Drawing
