 The constants in MgCoordinateSystemUnitCode map back to CSMAP's unit
 definitions as defined in \CsMap\Source\CSdataU.c.

 That list contains 2 "Mil" entries: 1 for "Mile" as a length unit - and
 another one for "Mil" as a angular unit.

 When trying to retrieve the angular(!) unit "Mil" via the Mg API it will
 fail with an exception; most probably due to the duplicate entries in
 CSMAP.
