 The various [Transform] methods in the CCoordinateSystemTransform class
 trim input coordinates if the source coordinate system is geographic and
 the [IgnoreOutsideDomainWarning] flag is set.

 Mg API thus returns different values then CSMAP does. For example, running
 CSMAP's TEST.DAT file through the mg API isn't possible.
