New description:

 We are currently using trunk fusion and CS-Map for the 2.4 branch. We need
 to start locking down the versions of these respective external
 dependencies:

  * CS-Map: {{{/metacrs/csmap/branches/13.10/CsMapDev}}} (same as adsk 2.4j
 branch)
  * Fusion: TBD

 Also the installer components should also be branched to 2.4
