 When creating a layer theme, the rules generated will be based on the
 default area/line/point rule. If the style in the default rule isn't what
 the user wants, then there's possibly a lot of manual editing afterwards
 of the individual rules to match the desired style.

 To alleviate this problem, we should support theme generation using the
 first existing rule as the "template" style. This way, to have a theme
 generated to a specific style, the user edits the default rule to match
 that style, then when generating the theme, that particular rule will be
 used as the template style for generating the required rules.
