 Workaround (and for actual comparison) is to use DESCRIBEFEATURESCHEMA
 with the CLASSNAMES hint.

 Using DESCRIBEFEATURESCHEMA on
 Library://Samples/Sheboygan/Data/Parcels.FeatureSource with:

 SCHEMA: SHP_Schema
 CLASSNAMES: Parcels

 Gives the expected class definition XML.
