 The current Developer Guide samples require manually loading their
 associated packages first in order to function.

 But if you look at what is actually inside these packages, it is just a
 WebLayout document, which we can easily load in ourselves through code.

 Doing it this way, we can do away with needing to load packages and it
 also demonstrates loading dynamic WebLayout documents.
