 related to #2045 (closed)

 1. create new feature source, use GDAL provider

 Result: icons for choosing file/folder path are labeled "File System" and
 "Alias"

 2. create new feature source, use SHP provider

 Result: icons for choosing file/folder path not labeled - user might
 expect to be able to chose file/folder path in OS and not an MapGuide
 aliase. It is not clear that this feature requires an alias in order to
 work and does not allow browsing OS file system.
