#1973: When using the cursor keys to navigate the layers of a Map the layer
properties are not updated

 When using the cursor keys to navigate the layers of a Map the layer
 properties are not updated. If I use the mouse to click a layer, the layer
 properties are updated, but the cursor/arrow keys does not trigger any
 update. I guess instead of using the Click event handler instead the
 SelectChanged should be used to update the layer properties.
