 With RFC118: Support IPv6 implemented, MgServer cannot start on a windows
 box without IPv6 installed. Windows XP and Windows 2003 don't have IPv6
 installed by default, then MgServer cannot start on above platforms.[[BR]]


 The reason is: along with '''{{{ACE_HAS_IPV6}}}''', below pre-directive
 has to be also defined to make ACE work on a platform without IPv6
 installed:
