 * Review the existing SDK code samples and update/fix as required
  * Add an example using the new MapViewer component. Probably mirror the
 mg-desktop examples.
  * Add an example demonstrating the add-in infrastructure
  * Add a LocalNative provider "template" project
  * Review and cleanup API documentation
  * Document the add-in infrastructure and include with published API
 documentation.
