 Ubuntu 12.04 64bit

 Sometimes toolbar actions are not performed on the selected tab element.

 How to reproduce:

   1. Open Maestro
   2. Open a MapDefinition, map1
   3. Open another MapDefinition, map2
   4. (the tab with map2 is selected) Choose an element from the toolbar
 (Preview, Edit as XML, Profile, Validate, Save)
   5. The action is applied to map1 while should be applied to map2

 Notes:
   - The bug probably also applies to shortcuts, Ctrl-s failed to save the
 selected unsaved map (but there are outbound requests, so probably another
 item - the one on the first tab? - is saved).
   - The bug applies also to other definitions, not only to maps
   - The bug only afflicts Mono version. I'm not able to reproduce the bug
 with the same binary on Windows
   - there's no mono warning or debug on the console
