 In the Ajax viewer, the X,Y coordinates showing real time mouse position
 are hard coded to 6 decimals. Would be great to have a configuration in
 layout for this.

 Also in ajaxmappane there is a "var us = false;" that determines later
 units (meter or foot) to show. Would be great to have this set by browser
 locale intead of hard coded.
