 In the basic layout editor, under Menus and Toolbars, there is the little
 button like |<<| to add a selected command to an actual menu. This button
 toggles disabled/enabled in a quite "underteministic" way :-) after
 clicking different commands in the right panel I can land on a command
 with this button both enabled once or disabled next time.
