 When there is more layers than the legendUI frame can hold, a scroll bar
 is displayed. And when we scroll down the legend and we right click to
 display the context menu, the menu is not displayed at the right place.

 Further more, the size of the context menu is not properly calculated on
 Chrome and FireFox
