 Somewhat reproduced also on mono trunk - version 2.11.5 (master/1be50d0
 mer 12 set 2012, 15.42.47, CEST)

 When scrolling "Available Commands" panel, it throws an error with the
 same stack trace posted before, and the pane is replaced by a red
 rectangle without any content.

 It happens the same also with "Custom Commands" panel but not with
 "Toolbar, Context Menu, Task Menu" tabbed panel on the left, which works
 correctly.

 At least it does not crash maestro anymore.
