 The current GETLEGENDIMAGE operation has some defects affecting
 suitability for printing/plotting:

  * The text size is barely legible (Not exactly #1524, but just increase
 the text size to be more readable)
  * Groups with child groups (no layers) are skipped
  * It is more aesthetically pleasant to indent by the icon size (16px)
 instead of its current indentation setting.
