 I stumbled upon some data with coordinates in XYZM, which caused
 GisSharpBlog.NetTopologySuite.IO.ParseException to be thrown all over the
 place.

 The attached patch adds support for the XYZM keyword and assigns the
 fourth coordinate to the coordinate's M field if it exists.
