 When adding a new feature source using the OGR Provider, Maestro presents
 a grid view for adding the values for "Datasource" and "Readonly"
 parameters.  It is not visually apparent that you can right click on the
 field to add these values via the file menu.  I would recommend in
 addition to the grid view to add the folder icons similar to the SHP
 Feature Source (icons shown in the "Alias" box) to make it more apparent
 that the file menu option exists.
